TEMP-TO-PERM / CONTRACT

TTI will source, screen, and assign candidates as employees for 90 days (740 hours). Clients are invoiced weekly, and candidates can be converted to permanent employees at the end of the contract term.

VARIABLE WORKER

TTI places pre-screened/vetted (often existing/former TTI employees) candidates with Client to work with Client for a specified project or period. Resources are skilled/experienced in the desired SOW, available for travel, and can be assigned with primary tools and equipment.
