About the project

AT&T has hired Tucker Technology, Inc. (TTI) to perform a network cleanup of non-working services from poles in your community through December 2024. This network cleanup will require our team to physically be in the streets and on the property to perform the work. It may require climbing or using ladders to access poles and photographing them and attached facilities. Tucker Technology, Inc. personnel will have an identification card substantiating them as employees.

What to Expect

TTI crew members may contact residents and businesses to explain the purpose of their visit. Our activities will not impact any of your existing utility or communication services. Crew members will always carry an official ID badge for identification and wear high-visibility utility vests for safety. Typically, our team will operate in pairs, traveling in TTI-branded vehicles. If direct contact is not made, our crew may leave behind a postcard, flyer, or business card with our contact details and a brief project description.

Safety

Safety is our top priority. Our team is fully trained to access work sites safely, efficiently remove non-working cables, and accurately document all necessary information. We have also notified local law enforcement agencies to ensure they are aware of our activities in the area, adding an extra layer of safety and awareness for the community.
